A self-governing, voluntary, non-political, non-religious and non-profit organization devoted to the education and personal development of secondary school students in modern technologies. The association is the home of the Student Trainee Center development program.

Purpose and activities
Why the association exists and what it does is laid down in its articles of association. Its main activities serve the purpose of the association, its secondary activities may only support them.
“The purpose of the association is the education and personal development of secondary school students and others interested in modern technologies, the development of their teaching, presentation and organizational skills, and passing the knowledge and skills gained in this way on to others.”
Main activities
- Lectures, webinars, seminars, workshops, courses, summer and winter schools, retreats and conferences
- Presentation, community, social and networking events
- Hackathons, competitions and project activities
- Creating educational materials, methodologies, learning content and software projects that it makes available to the public
- Preparing participants for professional certifications
- Mentoring and teaching support for the participants in its activities
- Raising awareness of digital literacy and the use of modern technologies in teaching, also for schools, teachers and the public
- Taking part in conferences and professional events and presenting its activities
- Building its community and educational programs and supporting professional development
- Cooperating with schools, companies, public institutions and others, including accepting their support
Secondary economic activities
Besides its main activities, the association may only do business if that supports its main activities or makes economical use of its assets. This mainly covers:
- paid educational courses, trainings and events
- teaching, consulting and organizational services
- creating, licensing and providing educational materials and software solutions
- promotional and advertising activities and the sale of promotional items
Leadership
The highest body of the association is the Kolegium. Each of its members is in charge of a specific area, and the chairman runs the association day to day.
Membership
- Membership is closed. It is not possible to apply for membership or to sign up for the association.
- Members pay no membership fees and receive no reward for their membership.
You can apply to our development program
Only membership in the association is closed. Our educational programs are open to secondary school students, and you don't need to be a member of the association to take part. The best known of them is the Student Trainee Center – applications open every autumn.
